Human Performance

Its customisable: The programme is not ‘one size fits all; clients can request a bespoke syllabus that suits the needs of their people. A team of highly trained behavioural experts and

internal coaches can create and deliver a customised series of events, tailored to get the best out of the teams to support improved safety performance, or performance of any kind

(quality, environment etc).

It empowers people at all levels: Empowerment does not come after a one-day course, it is a valued output that is realised over time. The programme creates local peer influencers and develops supervisors and managers to have performance focused conversations. These conversations support the creation of a positive culture, empowering people throughout the organisation.

People learn more when they are having fun: It’s recognised that traditional training has a limited impact on changing the way people behave, and people often revert to old behaviours after attending a course. For this reason, the HP programme is delivered PowerPoint free, in fun, interactive and informative sessions.

It puts people first: All leaders (managers and supervisors) can complete behavioural profiling (DISC) and team dynamics sessions which include stress metrics that provide early indicators of potential wellbeing concerns which are further explored as sessions progress. The programme starts by asking participants to consider and answer an important question; “What’s in it for me and why should I make this change?” CCS Human Performance Coaching Programme is unique to others in that it provides individual and team support and reinforces the changes that can be made with leaders, front line managers, mentors and coaches.

Behavioural cultural development programmes start by understanding where an organisation is and where it wants to be, to close the gap between the two.
