Human Factors
Human factors is the study of how people work, and how to apply that knowledge to design tools, systems, and processes.
Human Factors draws on psychology, biology, neuroscience, and ergonomics.

Human performance
Human Performance is the ability to perform consistently at our best in the environment within which we are operating.
Human performance can also be referred to as behaviour with a metric. In other words, a measured behaviour.
Our Human Performance program looks at well-established psychological principals that can affect our behaviour and our performance to allow us to model excellence.
Our program begins with a focus on safety performance at work, however we also offer bespoke programs that can focus on productivity, business excellence, quality, metal health awareness and reduced losses.

Performance coaching is a process that helps employees and teams improve their performance and achieve their goals. It's a long-term engagement between our coaches and a client. The goal is to help employees maximize their potential and develop new skills
